You agree to notify slvlp immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. slvlp shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on slvlp are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. slvlp does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. slvlp currently supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. slvlp reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. slvlp aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within the same business day. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. slvlp reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit method. Withdrawals to a payment method different from the one used for deposit may require additional verification.
4.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. slvlp reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ₱50 per month to inactive account balances, following written notice to the registered email address.
5.1 General. slvlp may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.3 Abuse. slvlp reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct deemed by slvlp to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal. slvlp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.
